  I came here with an upper respiratory tract infection, coughing up loads of yellow/green sputum. This happens to me once every year or two after getting over influenza, and a dose of antibiotics always fixes me up, good as new, in 3 or 4 days. I came here because I recently moved to the area and they were the nearest medical centre. Despite being the only one in the waiting room, I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor, and no patient left his office before I entered. He checked me over, asked me to say "Ahh", etc. He told me to get plenty of rest and drink lots of water and sent me on my way. 3 weeks later, I was still coughing up inhuman amounts of rainbow coloured sputum. I went to a different medical centre, was given a standard prescription of amoxicillin and was good as new in just 3 days. If I just wanted advice like "get plenty of rest and drink lots of water", I would have called my grandmother.
